0600 One pouch of Immunocal in 4 ounces of 100 % juice
0730 One serving of oatmeal with raw milk, cultured butter and maple syrup
Fresh raspberries and blueberries
Large cup of fresh brewed coffee with milk and stevia
One multi-vitamin/mineral tablet
10:00
(snack 1)
One pouch of Immunocal in 4 ounces of 100% juice
Antioxidant vitamins
12:00 Grilled chicken breast sandwich on pita bread
Glass of unsweetened ice tea
Fresh apple
3:00 PM
(snack 2)
One pouch of Immunocal in 4 ounces of 100% juice
Antioxidant vitamins
6:00 PM Broiled fillet of haddock
Serving of whole grain rice topped with active yogurt
String beans and steamed zucchini slices
Cup of fresh brewed green tea
8:00 PM
(snack 3)
Bunch of grapes
  Notes: refer to the recommended list of foods for substitutes. Drink at least two quarts of water throughout the day. Sip green tea throughout the day, also. As much as possible, choose to eat foods that are labeled "certified organic", organic and/or locally produced.

Okay, everybody has been asking me what I eat in a typical day, so, here is one typical day! Remember, my saying...
